Sr. Customer Delivery Manager (Enterprise), Global Enterprise Services
Senior Customer Delivery Manager - Global Enterprise Services (GES)
About Amazon Leo and Global Enterprise Services (GES)
Amazon Leo is building the world's most advanced satellite broadband network to deliver fast, affordable connectivity to underserved communities and enterprise customers globally.
Global Enterprise Services (GES) is the customer-facing organization responsible for ensuring enterprise customers derive the full value from Amazon Leo’s connectivity solutions as a single point of contact from contract signing through deployment.
Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) in GES, you bridge the gap between sales promises and operational delivery. Your mission is to onboard customers seamlessly, ensuring they become fully operational on time.
You act as a relationship builder and execution leader, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Field Support, Customer Delivery Engineers, third-party integrators, and customer IT teams. This is an execution-focused role—not a sales function but instead ownership over delivery and long-term relationships. You’ll manage intricate, multinational deployments across high-stakes sectors like energy, maritime, aviation, and telecom, from strategic planning to operational rollout and handoff to support teams.
In a fast-moving startup environment, you thrive where ambiguity meets disciplined execution. Consistently delivering excellence builds trust with C-level stakeholders, and you must navigate ambiguity without sacrificing precision.
This role may involve sensitive data subject to export controls (EAR, ITAR), subject to review before final hiring approval.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
