Sr. Director of Transformation

Senior Director, Transformation – Revenue Operations

Posting Date: 07/02/2026 Location: Near Denver, CO/Nashville, TN/Malvern, PA

DaVita, aleading Healthcare Services company, seeks a transformational technology and product leader to drive the modernization of Revenue Operations (ROPS), one of the company's most critical enterprise capabilities. This executive will shape the future of proprietary platforms powering billing, collections, cash posting, and core revenue cycle functions—essential to DaVita’s financial success.


About the Role

DaVita is rapidly growing, driven by a mission to deliver a healthier tomorrow. As a pivotal player in facilitating Revenue Operations, this executive will lead the product strategy and business transformation of the platforms supporting:

  • Billing and collections
  • Cash posting and reimbursements
  • Financial operations

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology modernization, and organizational change, ensuring seamless alignment between business goals and technology execution.

The Senior Director will: ✔ Define the long-term vision for a portfolio of cloud-based, AI-powered revenue cycle platforms ✔ Lead the multi-year migration of legacy systems to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Palantir Foundry ✔ Champion advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency ✔ Partner with business & technology leadership to drive coherent enterprise adoption and digital transformation

This strategic role impacts billions in annual revenue cycle activity and dramatically shapes the future of one of the largest healthcare revenue cycle organizations in the nation.


Key Responsibilities

Technology Transformation & Product Strategy

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for DaVita’s Revenue Operations technology ecosystem.
  • Oversee modernization of billing, collections, cash posting, and reimbursement applications to cloud-native architectures.
  • Guide the migration of legacy platforms and data assets to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern tech stacks.
  • Align enterprise investment decisions with business value, innovation, scalability, and financial priorities.
  • Develop AI-driven, automation-centric platform strategies using Generative AI, Palantir Foundry, advanced analytics, and APIs.

AI, Automation & Digital Innovation

  • Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions (Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI) to streamline workflows.
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and AI specialization teams to accelerate intelligent automation.
  • Drive next-gen capabilities, including:
    • Intelligent decision support systems
    • Predictive revenue cycle optimization
    • Authenticated exception management
    • Self-service operational improvements
  • Ensure ethical AI implementation with strong governance, compliance, and business result frameworks.

Business & Technology Partnership Leadership

  • Act as the strategic liaison between Revenue Operations and DaVita IT leadership.
  • Translate entrepreneurial challenges into actionable technology strategies.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships across:
    • Finance, Operations, Technology, Data, Architecture, Compliance, and Product teams
  • Foster alignment on priorities, investment justifications, and transformation goals.
  • Represent business needs in enterprise technology planning and architectural discussions.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, analysts, and transformation leaders.
  • Build organizational capabilities in product management, process modernization, and agile technology leadership.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation.

Business Outcomes & Value Realization

  • Define KPIs and success frameworks for major transformation initiatives.
  • Track teammate adoption, operational efficiency, financial performance, and revenue scalability.
  • Drive measurable improvements in:
    • Collection performance and time-to-cash
    • Automation rates
    • Productivity and scalability
  • Report analytically on transformation progress to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 12+ years of executive leadership in:
    • Product Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Consulting
    • Enterprise platform development
  • Proven track record in large-scale technology modernization and cloud migrations.
  • Hands-on experience (within the last 3 years) partnering with:
    • Software engineering, architecture, data, and platform teams
  • Demonstrated ability to managing organizational change and large-scale technology adoption.
  • Strong human leadership in cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • A record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes from technology investments and process transformations.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare, financial operations, payments, or Fintech experience (especially in revenue cycle or transaction-processing environments).
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration experience with complex enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, enterprise data platforms, AI-driven workflows, or digital operating models.
  • Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation success stories in enterprise settings.
  • Prior management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, or similar).

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $129,000.00 – $205,000.00
