B2B Marketing Manager (Braze Expertise Required)

The Opportunity
We seek a B2B marketing professional with Braze experience, known for their creative thinking and ability to conceptualize and bring to life best-in-class email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy lifecycle trigger automations, ad-hoc promotions, and engagement campaigns to foster long-term customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, product marketing, and sales teams to refine business goals into detailed campaign execution, including:
- Defining data requirements
- Defining segmentation and targeting logic (often from external tools)
- Specifying dynamic content needs
- Demonstrate expertise in Braze, particularly:
- Building nurture programs
- Smart-list development, setup, testing, and launch
- Campaign scoring and analytics
- Drive A/B testing in partnership with stakeholders to enhance email performance.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling email content.
- Craft engaging ad copy when copywriting resources are unavailable.
- Establish an analytics framework to assess campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
- Bonus skills: SQL experience, Liquid scripting, and custom object configurations.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience & Background
- 5+ years in email marketing or B2B lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency in B2B CRM practices (both commercial and regulatory).
- Exposure to Canva for design coordination.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and advanced tools like BigQuery.

- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.
- Agile collaborator, adept at working across multidisciplinary teams.
