Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both NetSuite administration and development, with hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with external systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. Experience with SnapLogic or other middleware integration platforms is highly desirable. This hybrid role involves managing daily system tasks, developing and enhancing NetSuite functionality, and ensuring seamless integration across our enterprise applications landscape.
Responsibilities
System Configuration
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings in NetSuite.
- Configure custom fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Maintain and optimize system performance, data integrity, and compliance.
- Oversee sandbox refreshes, release management, and post-upgrade testing.
Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x) scripts.
- Create custom records and SuiteFlow workflows to enhance business processes.
- Support NetSuite integrations with third-party applications (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Integrations
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, and ServiceNow using SuiteScripts, Restlets, and REST web services or middleware tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration data flows and logs.
- Experience with SnapLogic or similar tools (Dell Boomi, Celigo, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with third-party bundles and SuiteApps (Avalara, BlackLine, NSPB) is strongly preferred.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal NetSuite users.
- Document processes, scripts, and system changes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure scalability and reliability of the ERP ecosystem.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 5-9 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and development.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, and Asset Management.
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), and SuiteAnalytics.
- Familiarity with SnapLogic, Celigo, or similar integration platforms preferred.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and JSON/XML data formats.
