Sr. Enterprise AE (UK) for next-gen of Wealth Management Systems
As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive for the UK market, you will lead Performativ’s commercial expansion in the region as the first hire on the ground. You will build the market from scratch by developing pipeline, engaging key institutions, and closing complex enterprise deals with the largest asset managers, banks, and wealth managers in the UK.
What You’ll Do 📈
Own and build the UK market from day one as Performativ’s first enterprise sales hire in the region. Generate pipeline through outbound activity, industry networking, and direct engagement with leading financial institutions. Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first meeting through closing seven figure platform deals. Apply a MEDDPICC driven sales approach to manage complex enterprise opportunities. Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, and executive leadership. Represent Performativ at industry events, conferences, and within the UK wealth and asset management ecosystem. Work closely with leadership, product, and marketing to refine positioning and messaging for the UK market. Contribute to demand generation efforts through partnerships, events, and targeted market outreach. Build strategic account plans targeting leading asset managers, private banks, and wealth managers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
