Posting Type Remote/Hybrid Job Overview The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, Order to Cash role will be the end-to-end process subject matter expert, own administration of the Zuora platform, and be responsible for daily system support of our Billing/Collections and Revenue Accounting teams. The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will partner closely with IT to ensure quality integrity and seamless integration throughout the data lifecycle with Salesforce CPQ, upstream, and Workday Financials, downstream. The ideal candidate will have high fluency in both functional and technical discussions with the gumption to develop flexible, future-proof solutions in this critical area of the business. ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Finance Systems Analyst serves as the end-to-end process subject matter expert for Zuora, owning platform administration and providing daily system support for Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams. This role partners closely with IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless integration across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, and downstream financial systems. The ideal candidate is fluent in both functional and technical discussions and is motivated to design scalable, future-proof solutions that support business growth and compliance. WHAT YOU’LL DO Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro, to meet current business needs and support future growth Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora in partnership with third-party resources Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and act quickly to implement solutions Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT, for Zuora-related changes and dependent system impacts Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes Ensure system configurations and processes meet audit and SOX compliance requirements WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards Strong SQL skills with the ability to write clean, efficient queries Proven ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Preferred Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce CPQ Experience with Workday Financials Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar tools WHY WE COULD BE A GREAT FIT Impactful Mission: Organize Data, Discover the Truth and Act on It - Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading law firms managing high stakes matters on our platform. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $88,000 and $132,000 The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
