You are accountable for the end-to-end employee experience at your site(s), owning feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance. This role requires balancing tactical excellence with strategic insight, leveraging both technology and human judgement to deliver high-quality employee experiences while driving proactive risk identification and mitigation.

You will be expected to work onsite(s) at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s) within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute engagement strategies and recognition programs that measurably enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Build an inclusive environment where employees feel safe to speak up and bring their authentic self to work, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.

  • Partner with site(s) leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety standards and programs.
  • Lead strategic community initiatives while working with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
  • Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early-warning systems, leveraging data insights, and making high-judgement decisions that balance policy intent with business needs.
  • Execute core PXT processes with rigorous standards, including inspections and audits for compliance.
  • Coordinate effectively with shared services and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
