Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions using Java 8/11 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JUnit, and other relevant technologies.
- Mentor and guide colleagues with less experience, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Implement event-driven APIs/applications, leveraging Spring/Spring Boot and Confluent Kafka.
- Collaborate closely with business users and various teams within the organization to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Challenge existing practices and bring innovative ideas to the table to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to incident resolution and defect management, ensuring the stability and reliability of deployed applications.
- Embrace agility and promote agile practices within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
- Deep understanding of Java, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Java development tools, libraries, and frameworks.
- Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Knowledge or interest in Domain Driven Design, REST API principles, and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of microservices and their architectural implications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing automation.
- Ability to take ownership and make sound technical decisions within your Scrum team.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Complete understanding of the end-to-end application deployment process.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.

Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
Years Of Experience
8+ years of experience in Java development and consulting roles.
