The B2B Sales Practice combines GTM consulting, data analytics, marketing, sales, and operations excellence to help clients develop their revenues. By focusing on demand generation, inside sales, channel management, customer success, renewals, and sales support, we drive commercial success for our clients worldwide.

Now, we’re looking for a B2B Sales GTM, Marketing & Communication Manager to lead and evolve our commercial positioning, enablement, and marketing strategy across the practice.


What You Will Do in This Role

As a key Growth Driver at Concentrix, you’ll shape the end-to-end GTM narrative—balancing strategy, content, and execution—to accelerate revenue in B2B Sales.

GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement

  • Own and evolve B2B Sales GTM positioning across verticals/geographies, ensuring alignment with global sales strategy.
  • Develop industry narratives, verticalized messaging, and first-strike material.
  • Craft value propositions for new offerings like AI capabilities.
  • Build RFP responses and strategic proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Translate market opportunities into scalable sales motions and commercialization narratives, especially for AI and SaaS solutions.

Marketing & Communications

  • Lead B2B Sales internal newsletter, consolidating wins, innovations, and business updates.
  • Manage social media and thought leadership, amplifying our expertise.
  • Maintain a centralized content ecosystem and knowledge repository.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for cross-team marketing alignment.
  • Support executive communications, presentations, and strategic storytelling.
  • Update website content and digital messaging as positioning evolves.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Monitoring

  • Conduct ongoing AI/B2B sales market analysis, tracking analyst trends and competitor movements.
  • Distill findings into monthly updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Support benchmarking analyses for leadership reporting.

Analyst Relations & External Positioning

  • Coordinate analyst deliverables, briefings, and market visibility initiatives.
  • Manage proof points and differentiation narratives for executive communications.
  • Craft innovation storytelling that aligns with our evolution.

AI & Innovation Workstreams

  • Advance AI positioning in sales conversations, particularly for iXHero.
  • Research emerging technologies and convert findings into actionable insights.

Case Studies, Awards & Knowledge Management

  • Lead creation and maintenance of a case study library, converting client stories into sales assets.
  • Coordinate award submissions and recognition programs.
  • Identify and fill content knowledge gaps across the practice.

Events & Executive Support

  • Plan and execute client/leadership events, creating presentations and collateral.
  • Track post-event opportunities and rapid responses.
  • Assist leadership in ad hoc initiatives to drive transformation.

Your Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 5–8 years in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, sales enablement, or strategic communications.
  • Creative yet commercially grounded writing—crafting narratives that inspire action.
  • B2B sales acumen: understanding buyer journeys, selling tactics, and vertical-specific GTM strategies.
  • NI-Plus asset: familiarity with AI, SaaS, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
  • Stakeholder intelligence: comfortable working across sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Independent creator: track record of high-impact marketing finesse (e.g., case studies, ROI campaigns).
  • Fluency in English (travel/hybrid capabilities preferred).

  • Structured, detail-oriented, but able to pivot swiftly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive in spotting opportunities and closing gaps.
  • Passionate about turning competitive insights into tangible success.
