Digital Workplace Regional Support Lead (UK)

The Digital Workplace Regional Support Lead (UK) is the leader accountable for the performance, resilience, compliance, and user experience of Digital Workplace services across all UK sites, including manufacturing facilities, laboratories, warehouses, and head office locations.

This role ensures operational stability and service consistency in highly diverse, regulated environments while translating global workplace standards into effective local execution. Acting as the UK authority for workplace services, the role leads Site IT teams, drives continuous improvement and standardization, and serves as the primary escalation, engagement, and decision-making point for regional business leadership.

This position reports to the Director Workplace Services EMEA, part of the Infrastructure and Operations team.

What you will do:

  • Own Digital Workplace service outcomes across all UK sites, ensuring high service reliability, strong user experience, and consistent delivery against agreed performance measures.
  • Lead and govern Site IT teams across the region, setting standards, building capability, and driving accountability in support of business-critical operations.
  • Act as the regional escalation leader for major incidents, service risks, and operational issues, ensuring rapid resolution, clear communication, and effective business decision support.
  • Own regional vendor and partner performance, ensuring effective multi-vendor coordination, strong service quality, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Drive standardization, compliance, and modernization of workplace services across UK operations, aligning local execution to global strategy while meeting site-specific operational and regulatory requirements.

Who you are:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, Digital Workplace, or Site IT leadership, with clear accountability for operational performance in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Proven leadership of workplace services across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments, including experience operating within GxP and other regulated frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success owning service performance, major incident management, and supplier delivery with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and user experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement at senior business level, including manufacturing and operational leaders
  • Deep knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies, including M365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and ServiceNow or comparable ITSM environments.
  • A continuous improvement leader who can translate strategy into execution, standardize services at scale, and modernize the workplace experience in business-critical environments.
