About the Role
As Sr. Manager, Esports Partnerships Marketing, you will guide the strategy and execution of partner marketing initiatives across EA’s esports ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Esports, you’ll collaborate with Commercial Partnerships and Marketing teams to create integrated programs that:
- Amplify fan experiences
- Drive measurable value
- Elevate global esports activations through creative, impactful, and data-driven campaigns

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of partner marketing strategies, transforming contractual agreements into integrated activations across:
- Broadcast
- Live events
- Digital marketing
- In-game experiences
- Collaborate with Commercial Partnerships and Marketing teams to optimize programmes, leveraging:
- Activation performance insights
- Audience engagement data
- Market trends to identify future opportunities
- Act as the primary marketing lead for partner teams, following best practices for:
- Engaging esports audiences
- Managing activation workstreams (timelines, deliverables, approvals)
- Define and track KPIs for partner marketing programs, delivering:
- Post-campaign reports
- Clear insights for improving future activations
- Strategic recommendations for broader partnership strategies

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Marketing
- Partnerships marketing
- Integrated brand campaigns
- Hands-on experience in:
- Esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment marketing
- Proven track record in:
- Developing and executing co-branded campaigns
- Delivering measurable value across multiple channels
- Creating fan-first experiences
- Data-driven expertise in:
- Analyzing campaign performance data
- Presenting actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with collaboration across:
- Creative teams
- Production teams
- Marketing and partnerships teams
