Sr Manager Finance Supply & Logistics Operations MEU

You will lead the central CS&L finance team for Europe, which sits within the Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) finance organization. You will manage all financial processes related to that area, including coordinating the different business unit (BU) CS&L controlling teams, driving harmonization and benchmarking. You will ensure that CS&L costs are under control and performance is reported transparently and accurately.
You support and work closely with senior leaders of the MSC and MSC finance team in preparing and executing business proposals, verifying assumptions, and driving best-in-class processes and decisions for the European region.
How You Will Contribute
You will:

Manage aspects of finance planning and performance management, including:
- Strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting
- Target development
- Financial performance reporting/analysis
- Financial modeling and decision support for the CS&L scope within the MEU region
- Own data integrity for the managed scope

Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International, ensuring policies are adhered to.

Partner with the business to provide critical financial data and insights, supporting strategy and decision-making.

Drive harmonization, efficiencies, improvements to ways of working and promote a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.

Build a high-performing Finance team by:
- Recruiting and developing Finance talent
- Driving the Finance talent agenda, focusing on the central and MSC finance pipeline

Support cost allocation decisions, providing insights on cost implications across markets.

Align with MBC LT teams on idle labour decisions, analyzing impacts and coordinating across the manufacturing network.

Business partner with the supply planning team for:
- Financial support during volume planning
- Analyzing financial implications during network sourcing decisions

Drive the MEU waste and co-packing cost agenda across all BUs in MEU, ensuring costs are under control and benchmarking best practices in that area.
What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

Technical expertise in financial planning and performance management, including:
- Data structuring/validation, analysis, planning and reporting of financial performance
- Strategy development, investment decisions, and cost management to achieve financial targets

Business acumen and understanding of:
- The consumer packaged goods industry
- Local snacking market dynamics
- Relevant experience in a regional business
-
Leadership skills, including:
- Experience in business partnering and communication in large regional or global, public companies
- Experience as a finance leader managing a wider finance team
- Support/acting as a trusted advisor to drive decisions and deliver results

Growth/digital mindset, with the ability to:
- Identify opportunities
- Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Integrity and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions, ensuring alignment with values, policies, and external regulations.
Skills Required
- 10+ years working experience in management accounting or financial planning in a multinational business environment
- High-level analytical skills to evaluate and enhance delivery of targets and objectives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards
- Competence in standard PC packages, including:
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ideally, Mondelez-specific applications (FIT/SAC)
- A university degree in:
- Economics
- Finance
- Engineering
- Management accounting
- Applied mathematics
