Job Description

You will lead the central CS&L finance team for Europe, which sits within the Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) finance organization. You will manage all financial processes related to that area, including coordinating the different business unit (BU) CS&L controlling teams, driving harmonization and benchmarking. You will ensure that CS&L costs are under control and performance is reported transparently and accurately.
You support and work closely with senior leaders of the MSC and MSC finance team in preparing and executing business proposals, verifying assumptions, and driving best in class processes and decisions for the European region.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
Manage aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within CS&L for the MEU region. You will own data integrity for managed scope. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place. Partner with the business providing critical financial data and insights to enable directors and wider business perspectives for strategy and decisions. Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team. Build a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda with a focus on the central and local MSC finance pipeline. Drive cost allocation decisions and provide decision support regarding cost impacts across markets. Align with MSC LT any idle labor decisions by providing relevant information of impacts and implications and by coordinating across the manufacturing network. Business partner with supply planning team with financial support during the volume planning process and support network sourcing decisions with financial analysis. Drive MEU waste and co-packing cost agenda across all BUs within MEU and ensure that cost are under control. Drive best in class and benchmarking in that area.

What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data structuring/validation, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets. BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional business. LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experiences with business partnering and communication across a large regional (or global), public company; experience of working as a finance leader managing a wider finance team and support/act as business to make decisions and drive execution to deliver results. GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
Skills Required
10 + years working experience in management accounting / financial planning in a multinational business environment. High level of analytical skills to evaluate and improve delivery of targets / objectives. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of US GAAP / International Accounting Standards. Competent in all standard PC packages i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally any MDLZ applications needed i.e. FIT/SAC. University degree in economics, finance, engineering, management accounting, or applied mathematics.

The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
