As part of DoorDash, we’re building the global local commerce platform — and that includes transforming how we use data, AI, and technology internally to support our people and business decisions at scale. We are now looking for a Senior Manager, HR Data & AI Platform to join our Talent Intelligence organization. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of AI-native people analytics and talent intelligence platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of Data Engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, analytics, and strategy, helping evolve our ecosystem from traditional analytics products into scalable, flexible, AI-powered experiences and tools. This is a highly cross-functional and impactful role for someone who enjoys building platforms, solving complex data problems, and operating in a fast-moving environment with significant greenfield opportunities. What you’ll be doing Lead the strategy and development of scalable HR data and AI platform capabilities Drive improvements across data architecture, infrastructure, and production tooling Partner closely with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Scouting teams to build flexible AI-native solutions Support the development of production-grade ML and predictive modeling capabilities Help modernize and simplify existing analytics ecosystems and workflows Influence technical direction and platform decisions across Talent Intelligence initiatives Build scalable infrastructure that enables faster experimentation, research, and insights generation Operate as a strategic partner across both technical and business stakeholders Our humble expectations Strong background in Data Engineering and scalable data platform development Experience working with infrastructure management and/or ML infrastructure Proven ability to operate across strategy and hands-on technical execution Experience collaborating closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams Strong understanding of modern data architecture and production environments Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building in evolving AI environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with predictive modeling and production ML systems Background in Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Tech Experience modernizing legacy analytics systems into AI-native experiences Previous experience building internal platforms or self-serve tooling ecosystems Why you’ll love it here You’ll join a team that is actively rethinking how AI and data platforms can support decision-making and operations at scale.
