Sr Manager, Projects- Supply Chain Productivity

The Sr Manager, Projects- Supply Chain Productivity, is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse & Logistics, identifying and validating opportunities with cross functional team while focusing on Quality, On Time Delivery and Cost.

This position reports to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Performance and is part of the of Global Distribution Operations located in the UK.

What You Will Do

  • Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in Quality, Delivery and Cost that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) by leveraging DBS tools and the change management process.
  • Drive the end-to-end view, to align and build kaizen funnel to enable team to execute on prioritized events.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives that comply with the kaizen process, managing through the funnel from idea inception to sustained results.
  • Partner with the manufacturing sites and distribution to identify and execute on process improvement with holistic view.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations or DBS role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to assess metrics and situations holistically.
  • Rigorous data driven problem solver. Proven track record in delivery of continuous improvement.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel - 25-50% globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive project management and/or Cross functional improvements in operational and transactional settings.
  • Complex problem solving with the ability to identify productivity opportunities.
  • Statistical/data analytics and tracking of $ savings.
