Mission
Lead risk management across the zone by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating key risks while ensuring robust incident, crisis, and business continuity frameworks. Drive compliance and governance through audits, ISO/IMS standards, and stakeholder engagement, enabling informed decision-making and operational resilience.
The Role: Business Assurance Lead / Risk Champion
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management and Governance
- Build and maintain frameworks to identify and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Head Incident Management Framework
- Own risk response and treatment plans
- Oversee Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
- Lead regular Crisis Management drills and internal audits
Risk Monitoring and Compliance
- Monitor risk landscape proactively
- Chair local compliance committee and contribute to Board-level inputs
- Coordinate a local representative network
IMS (Integrated Management Systems) Management
- Establish and manage IMS framework for five core ISO standards:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
- ISO 50001 (Energy Management)
- ISO 27001 (Information Security)
- Lead internal audit coordination, including audit planning, execution, and reporting
- Serve as Zone Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for external audits, supporting Stakeholder Management Expertise (SMEs)
- Facilitate management reviews in alignment with ISO/IMS requirements

Success Factors
- Extensive risk management and governance expertise
- Strong experience in incident, crisis, and business continuity planning
- In-depth knowledge of ISO/IMS standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001)
- Proven track record in internal and external audit coordination
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret risk indicators
- Strong organisational and programme management capabilities
- High attention to detail with a compliance-driven mindset

For UK residents, this role offers a competitive pay range of GBP £83,200 - £124,800 annually (base + shorts-term incentives). Applied internally based on experience and skills.
