Based at one of our UK sites, this role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high‑impact global marketing campaigns that support Lonza’s Integrated Biologics business. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation while ensuring our reporting and analytics capabilities provide clear insights that guide strategic decisions.
This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do
Lead the execution of integrated global marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and support customer engagement across events, webinars, content and digital channels. Coordinate closely with Strategic Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Branding & Advertising teams to ensure campaign alignment, content accuracy and timely delivery. Manage planning, logistics and on‑site support for industry conferences, tradeshows, customer events and site visits, ensuring seamless execution and strong commercial impact. Oversee reporting and analytics for Global Marketing Operations, ensuring PowerBI dashboards and Wrike data are accurate, up to date and translated into actionable insights. Support the development of digital content, including Marketo email programs, landing pages and promotional assets aligned to campaign objectives. Track and manage campaign and event budgets, ensuring accurate documentation and spend visibility. Build strong cross‑functional relationships and contribute to continuous improvement through process development and standard operating procedures.

What we are looking for
Experience in marketing communications, campaign execution or event management within a B2B environment; experience in pharma/biotech or CDMO services is highly beneficial. Strong skills in multi‑channel campaign execution, event coordination, stakeholder management and content alignment. Skilled in data management, reporting and presenting insights; familiarity with PowerBI, Wrike, Salesforce or Marketo is an advantage. Excellent communication, organization and project‑management abilities, with strong attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. A collaborative, proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to Lonza’s values of Collaboration, Accountability, Excellence, Passion and Integrity. Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to support events and customer engagements.
