Job Description
Summary
The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across Germany direct market. The role drives the development and implementation of go-to-market plans, oversees marketing operations across B2B and B2C channels, and ensures strong commercial impact, brand consistency, and cross-functional alignment to achieve regional business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the direct market, aligned with regional/global strategy and revenue objectives.
- Lead local go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches in close partnership with Regional/Global Marketing.
- Own country's marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation across channels in line with financial guidelines and business priorities.
- Plan and execute integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social, paid media, website, trade marketing, CRM/email, and events for both B2B and B2C.
- Lead the planning and execution of major trade shows, B2B and B2C events (as needed), ensuring strong communication, brand presence, and measurable ROI.
- Partner with Sales and Education to ensure effective messaging, tools, and activation materials across all customer touchpoints.
- Provide market insights and business analysis (segmentation, pricing, distribution, competitive landscape) to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure brand consistency, positioning, and messaging excellence across all initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with sales, acting as a strategic marketing advisor to elevate execution standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, using insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Lead and develop the local marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within beauty, medical aesthetics, devices, or skincare.
- Strong experience in direct-market environments preferred.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Demonstrated budget management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- BS in Marketing or related field required, MBA a plus.
- Fluency in German and English is a must.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is £60,000 – £70,000 gross annually. This role is eligible for Annual Incentive Plan. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, job-related factors including skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
