Location UK-based.
Hybrid role: approximately 50% working from home in the UK and 50% based at our site in Roeselare (Belgium) with occasional travel to France and Switzerland.

The Opportunity As (Sr.) National Account Manager UK & Ireland, you will manage a portfolio of established international retail accounts while developing new commercial opportunities. This is a strategic customer-facing role combining key account management, business development, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration within an international FMCG environment.
Overview of the Role You will own the complete sales cycle for your global accounts, acting as the trusted commercial partner for your customers while coordinating closely with Mulder's internal teams. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, operational understanding and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle for your international customer portfolio.
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across Management, R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sustainable growth.
- Act as the primary commercial link between customers and Mulder's internal departments.
- Work closely with Sales Support to maintain regular customer communication and coordinate ongoing business activities.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new products and packaging solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations through thorough preparation and in-depth account knowledge.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales/Account Managers to align commercial strategy.
- Coordinate administrative and operational activities with the production sites in Belgium, France and Switzerland.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director.

What We're Looking For
- Minimal University Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Food Science, Bio-Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, (Sr.) National Account Manager or Key Account Manager within FMCG, food manufacturing or customer brands.
- Food Retail Buying or Category Management experience is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills combined with a genuine passion for food.
- Creative, proactive and operationally minded.
- Confident negotiator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working internationally with teams and customers across the UK, Belgium, France and Switzerland.
- Fluent in English. Basic French and/or a willingness to develop it is required.
