Sr. Performance Marketing Manager - Remote (US or UK)
Red Sift is looking for someone to own the engine that drives inbound pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a performance marketer who is equally comfortable in a Google Ads account and a Salesforce pipeline report. You'll run campaigns yourself, pull your own data, and make budget calls.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage an agency and review reports.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps for paid demand programs, informed by pipeline goals, audience insights, experimentation learnings, and performance trends
- Identify growth opportunities across channels, audiences, messaging, and funnel stages to improve efficiency and scale pipeline contribution
Paid Channel Execution
- Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts end to end, including strategy, execution, budget allocation, keyword management, and bid optimization
- Drive ad copy, creative (in collaboration with our in-house designer and freelancers), and landing page creation
- Paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube) is a significant plus, particularly LinkedIn given our ICP
Budget Management
- Own the planning, allocation, and day-to-day management of paid media budgets across all performance marketing channels
- Monitor pacing and performance in real time, making ongoing decisions across channels, campaigns, and regions to improve impact and efficiency
- Evaluate ROI and marginal returns across channels and tactics to inform budget shifts and scaling decisions
Measurement & Reporting
- Manage the full performance marketing measurement stack, including conversion events, attribution logic, dashboards, and full-funnel performance metrics
- Own the performance dashboard in Hockeystack. That means full-funnel visibility from spend and traffic through to SQL volume, CAC, and pipeline contribution. Bring clear, direct reporting to leadership on what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it
- Monitor leading indicators (leads, MQLs, conversion rates, CPL) and lagging indicators (pipeline creation, opportunity volume, revenue influence)

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Inbound & Conversion
- Own inbound lead quality. Monitor lead flow, flag ICP mismatches, understand our routing logic (Chili Piper), and work with RevOps and the SDR team to close the loop between marketing and sales
- Own the conversion strategy for free tools, including landing pages, CTAs, sign-up flows, nurture, and the A/B tests that improve them. The site is a revenue asset and you treat it like one
Experimentation & AI-Native Execution
- Run a continuous test-and-learn cadence across new channels, new messaging angles, and new campaign formats. Clean hypotheses, fast execution, honest post-mortems
- Build repeatable campaign frameworks so good ideas scale instead of disappearing after one launch
- Use AI tools to accelerate creative development, increase testing velocity, improve personalization, and automate performance analysis
Cross-functional
- Partner with product marketing, RevOps, content, and the SDR team to support segment-level revenue goals
- Contribute to SEO/AEO/GEO strategy in collaboration with our content team
Required Experience
- 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment
- A track record of owning pipeline outcomes, not just campaign activity. You can point to specific channels, tests, or programs you built that moved the SQL number
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with direct budget responsibility
- HockeyStack experience and the ability to get up to speed fast
- Salesforce fluency. You can pull your own pipeline reports, identify data quality issues, and flag when something looks wrong
- Customer.io experience. This is our marketing automation platform and you'll be in it regularly
- Analytical and comfortable in GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent. You can build a dashboard and derive a hypothesis from a dataset
- You're already using AI tools daily to work faster and smarter, not experimenting with them for the first time
- Strong experimentation instincts. You know how to design a clean test, read the results honestly, and move quickly on what you learn

Strong plus:
