Description
The EMEA Energy and Water team is looking for a Water Infrastructure Manager to support scaling and growth across our Data Centre network. If you like to drive the development, implementation and construction of new water infrastructure. Your work will help deliver large-scale water projects, and water infrastructure projects that our infrastructure needs to renewably and strategically operate.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the End-to -End delivery of off site water infrastructure solutions, from scoping to physical delivery. This requires you to project manage as the business and technical owner of all aspects of the delivery.
- Manage 3rd party design consultants, develop and document requirements, budgets, business cases, permitting and project schedules.
- Prepare project contracts, milestone payments and schedules; taking the contract through legal reviews and procurement pathways.
- The role requires strong project management, technical competency in design and a programmatic leadership through legal and procurement to drive results.
- Multitask and re-prioritize and effectively lead deliveries based on ever changing business needs.
- Build and maintain overall delivery program and project budget, submitting Capital Allocation Requests to Senior leadership to secure finance for project delivery.
- Prepare investment need/business case papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects to secure water supply and discharges.
A day in the life
- Liaison with a wide range of regulators and external stakeholders (Water utilities, environmental agencies, health department, construction contractors etc)
- Liaison with a wide range of internal stakeholders (Design Engineering, Environmental, Legal, Procurement, Construction, Real Estate etc)
- Leverage project management tools and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Regularly report to senior leadership on status of key project metrics vs. commitment of your projects.
- Ensure construction standards are followed and national construction regulation are complied with.
- Create detailed planning packs to build scalable and future proof water infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Speak, write, and read fluently in German
- Significant demonstrable work experience delivering water design infrastructure and engineering solutions for capital-intensive projects across diversified industries.
- Experience managing end to end project scope, business case and infrastructure requirements, develop contract and draft documentation, request for proposals, and capital requests
- Demonstrated experience with analytical and commercial skill set to review utility tariffs, water projects and contracts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years specifically in paid media and demand generation.
- Experience managing six-figure+ paid media budgets with demonstrated ability to optimize spend efficiency while scaling volume.
- Experience working with external agencies or platform reps to source creative and manage campaigns within a defined budget.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Experience with AI-driven campaign strategies (Performance Max, broad match with smart bidding, etc.).
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams and understanding how paid media supports pipeline generation.
- International marketing experience, particularly running multi-market paid campaigns.
