About the Role

Datasite is hiring a hands-on communications leader to help tell one of the most compelling stories in AI and fintech today. Backed by private equity and scaling rapidly, Datasite is building a new category: secure, AI-powered M&A.

By acquiring Grata (private market data), Blueflame AI (agentic AI), and Sherpany (board reporting), Datasite redefines how deals get done. This role isn’t only about supporting communication—it’s about building the narrative that shapes the market.

You will work closely with senior executives to shape how Datasite, Grata, Blueflame AI, and Sherpany stand out together, weaving each brand into a category-defining story.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Datasite’s reputation as the trusted leader in end-to-end, AI-powered M&A
  • Connect brand stories of Datasite, Grata, Blueflame AI, and Sherpany into a unified growth narrative
  • Elevate executive thought leadership across media, analysts, and industry influencers
  • Drive high-impact PR execution with ownership, speed, and strategic visibility

    • Proactively approach top-tier business, fintech, tech, AI, and private markets outlets
    • Build and nurture relationships with key reporters, editors, and influencers influencing dealmaking and financial narratives
    • Respond swiftly to breaking news, inbound queries, and executive commentary requests
  • Strategic Connector

    • Liaise between Datasite, agencies, and internal teams, translating strategy into compelling campaigns
    • Manage workflows across four major brands—ensuring alignment in messaging and execution
    • Keep campaigns clear, aligned, and timely in a fast-moving environment
  • Global Campaign Leadership

    • Adapt global campaigns for regional markets and audiences while preserving core narrative
    • Partner with internal leaders and agencies to ensure local resonance that drives enterprise growth
    • Reinforce how individual brands contribute to the overall Datasite ecosystem story
  • Content Leadership

    • Craft press releases, media pitches, executive commentary, and thought leadership content with precision
    • Develop contributed articles, whitepapers, and speaking opportunitities to establish Datasite as a collective leader in AI, fintech, and dealmaking
    • Identify and capitalize on key storylines, translating complex product shifts into Clear, client-focused narratives
  • Executive Amplification

    • Prepare senior leaders for media by providing sharpened messaging, briefs, and interview coordination
    • Support bylines, awards campaigns, and strategic visibility initiatives

  • Undergraduate degree in communications or a related field

  • 8+ years in public relations, corporate communications, or agency environments
  • Track record of securing impactful media coverage in business, tech, fintech, or M&A sectors
  • Content mastery—strong writing across press releases, media pitches, and executive messaging
  • Sector specialization in B2B tech, financial services, AI, or private markets
  • AI literacy—proficient in tools that enhance productivity and effectiveness

About Your Work Environment

Location & Flexibility

This role is remote-first with a hybrid requirement for the London location. Employees in London must work on-site a minimum of two days per week, with possible additional on-site requirements based on team collaboration needs.
