The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the EMEA Corporate Travel line of TRIP.BIZ. You will lead the product by working with a large cross-functional team that includes presales, design, engineering, marketing, operations, partner relations, and finance. This role reports directly to the Head of Product.
In this Role, you’ll:
- Develop and execute the business strategy for TRIP.BIZ’s corporate travel segment.
- Partner closely with teams across Business Travel, Payments, and Customer Support to ensure a strong and cohesive user experience.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define booking and revenue growth targets.
- Be accountable for achieving those targets through a well-executed product and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, including presales, operations, and production teams.
- Focus on the unique needs of the European Travel Management Company (TMC) industry.
- Travel as needed to support initiatives and projects.
- Drive delivery of innovative, cutting-edge technology solutions.

What you'll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with deep understanding and strong knowledge of local EMEA TMC products.
- Strong product thinking and experience building regional products in growth-stage environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build seamless collaboration with headquarters and APAC teams.
- Lead presales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, product marketing, and global RFP responses. Proven implementation skills are a plus.
- Client-centric and commercially driven mindset is essential.
- Oversee and streamline operations to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of the European Travel Management industry.
- Ability to create business plans from the ground up and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with external clients and headquarters.
- Experience with technology delivery is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
- Regular travel to work with global teams and partners.
- Locate in London, UK
