Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager, Telematics to lead the vision, roadmap, and global execution of our telematics product portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence, responsible for shaping how connected vehicle technology powers fleet safety, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency across our last-mile delivery network.

Based in Luxembourg or London, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, vendor governance, and large-scale program delivery — driving outcomes across EU and global markets.

Please note that this is a 12 months fixed-term contract.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year telematics product strategy and roadmap, aligning with global fleet and last-mile delivery objectives across EU and international markets
  • Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through scaled deployment, including requirements definition, prioritization, and executive stakeholder alignment
  • Define and govern contractual relationships with telematics vendors, including leading commercial negotiations, SLA frameworks, performance accountability structures, and contract renewals
  • Establish and maintain vendor governance mechanisms to ensure delivery against contractual commitments, data quality standards, and operational KPIs
  • Partner with engineering, data science, legal, and operations teams to deliver telematics capabilities including real-time vehicle tracking, fault diagnostics, driver behavior monitoring, and predictive maintenance
  • Drive adoption of telematics solutions across Delivery Service Partner (DSP) networks and internal fleet operations at scale
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics and use insights to continuously improve product outcomes
  • Lead market and competitive analysis to identify emerging connected vehicle technologies and integration opportunities, including direct OEM integrations
  • Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and EU-specific frameworks, in close collaboration with legal and privacy teams
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and business impact clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
