Location & Contract
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Contract Duration: 6 months IR35 Status: Inside IR35
The Role
The Sr Product Manager will lead the development of core data products that:
- Enhance customer understanding
- Improve customer experiences
- Optimise marketing effectiveness
- Support data monetisation
Working within Sainsbury’s evolving data and personalisation landscape, the role drives scalable, high-quality data solutions for millions of customers across the UK, delivering value for both customers and colleagues.

- Experienced in agile delivery, product strategy, engineering practices
- Outcomes-driven product management

- Clear, compelling communicator
- Ability to generate alignment and energy, even in challenging decision scenarios

- Solid understanding of customer data, AI/ML capabilities, and data platforms
- Technically curious with awareness of emerging trends
