The Role: Sr. Product Manager

Your Impact

You’ll shape the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for complex enterprise products at Tealium, ensuring they drive customer engagement, data governance, and actionable insights for the world’s largest brands. This is a chance to influence long-term platform strategy, deliver innovative capabilities, and transform customer engagement strategies at scale.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Define, own, and execute the enterprise product roadmap with high autonomy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage user interviews, quantitative research, market analysis, and competitive insights to validate opportunities and guide product strategies.
  • AI & Tool Integration: Utilise AI-driven discovery tools to optimise workflows, accelerate innovation, and build smart, intuitive product experiences.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer success, product marketing, and engineering to align industry trends, competitor dynamics, and customer pain points into product direction.
  • Empathy & Customer Centricity: Deeply understand customer challenges and design solutions that resonate emotionally while solving core business problems.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply a resourceful, creative mindset to address technical and commercial challenges, adapting swiftly to evolving priorities.
  • Product & Engineering Alignment: Work closely with engineering leaders to design world-class technology, execute in agile CI/CD pipelines, and deliver measurable value.
  • Prioritisation & Backlog Health: Manage resource allocation, backlog grooming, and focus to ensure efficient delivery of high-impact features.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Contributions: Collaborate with teams to drive adoption through speeches, enablement, demos, documentation, and collaborative enablement activities.
  • Innovation & Differentiation: Consistently push boundaries to set industry benchmarks in customer data management and experience platforms.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

✔ 7+ years as a Product Manager with SaaS product expertise, especially in martech innovations (marketing, eCommerce, retail, travel, healthcare, legal, or financial services). ✔ Proven track record in delivering complex features with cross-team dependencies, including at-scale deployments and varied user segments. ✔ Experience in writing product specs, user story definition, and prioritisation frameworks to balance multiple objectives. ✔ Ahead-of-the-curve problem solver with assertive, collaborative leadership to thriving across engineering, marketing, and sales teams. ✔ Ability to articulate product value compellingly—strategic visions, ROI propositions, and TCO assessments—to C-suite stakeholders. ✔ Ownership mindset: You hold yourself accountable for people, processes, and technology that shape successful products. ✔ Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); working knowledge of Russian is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Wage Transparency

In alignment with global employment practices, Tealium offers transparent compensation:

💰 Base Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 GBP per annum (that may vary by region). 🎯 The final offer is tailored to skills, experience, and qualifications, with added perquisites such as:
