Senior Program Manager (Enterprise Cloud) | UK | Remote
Location:
United Kingdom (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager who thrives leading complex enterprise transformation programs to join a Google Cloud Premier Partner which is expanding its team.
This isn't a traditional role.
We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered large-scale cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise customers, managing multiple workstreams, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead strategic Google Cloud transformation programs for enterprise customers.
- Own delivery across multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery.
- Partner closely with customer executives, engineering leaders, architects, and delivery teams.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, governance, budgets, timelines, and executive communications.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders while driving customer success.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Cloud Engineers, and Technical Leads to remove delivery blockers and keep programs on track.
- Contribute to delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

We're looking for someone with
- Extensive experience leading enterprise technology programs.
- Previous experience within a consulting, systems integrator, cloud consultancy, or professional services organization.
- Strong background delivering cloud, infrastructure modernization, data, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and large enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams across different locations and time zones.
- Strong program governance, planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities.

Nice to have
- Google Cloud experience.
- Experience delivering Kubernetes, Data, AI/ML, or Application Modernization programs.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Previous experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations.
