Job Overview

Penguin Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to establish and lead our Global & Strategic Accounts (GSAT) PMO presence in the UK. This senior individual contributor will be responsible for delivering complex enterprise and sovereign AI programs, supporting Penguin’s strategic growth in the region.

Operating as the primary Voice of the Customer, this role owns end-to-end program execution - from solution design through deployment and managed services - ensuring cross-functional alignment and consistent, high-quality delivery.

This position requires strong program leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in program management along with strong knowledge of the Korean technology ecosystem and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery and execution of enterprise and sovereign AI programs in the UK, ensuring alignment across design, build, deployment, and operations.
  • Develop and manage program plans, governance, and cross-functional coordination to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
  • Serve as the primary program lead for strategic customers, translating requirements into executable plans and SOWs in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Drive program performance by managing risks, protecting revenue and customer outcomes, and tracking KPI-driven results
  • Support growth in the UK and EMEA by enabling scalable delivery and partnering with regional leadership on proposals and go-to-market efforts
  • Develop market insight across the UK’s AI ecosystem, including infrastructure, regulatory landscape, and sovereign data requirements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across global teams while serving as the Voice of the Customer to drive alignment and resolve escalations
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, including customer executives and government partners, to ensure program success
  • Execute within GSAT PMO standards, managing cross-program dependencies and portfolio coordination
  • Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, frameworks, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, customer-facing technology programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise programs across the full lifecycle.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure programs in the UK.
  • Familiarity with the UK’s AI policy, data sovereignty requirements, and public-sector procurement.
  • Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise or comparable AI/ML platforms.
  • Background in managing hardware and software integration programs.
  • Experience supporting SOW development, proposals, and customer business cases.
  • Exposure to PMO portfolio management and governance practices.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification

Location

Remote - UK

Travel

Up to 30%, with periodic travel across the EMEA region and to Penguin Solutions headquarters.

Compensation

The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United Kingdom is 56,000 - 70,000 GBP; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
