The Last Mile Delivery Service Partner Team, who supports Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the globe in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, is seeking an organized and driven individual to support global automation and optimization efforts.
As a Sr Project Manager, DSP Payments, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and optimization across global payment processes. You will lead key initiatives that redefine how payments are managed, creating scalable solutions to improve DSP experience and operational efficiency. Key Job Responsibilities
- Roadmap For WW DSP Payment Automation
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap, identify milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams and establish timelines and prioritization.
- Drive Efficiency and Innovation
- Partner with BI/Tech partners to develop, prioritize and execute strategies to optimize payment operations, reduce manual interventions, improve metric reporting and enhance global scalability.
- Design and Optimize Global Payment Processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline global payment programs, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with Global Stakeholders
- Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, bridging cultural and organizational boundaries to align priorities and deliver results.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze payment data and metrics to measure performance, identify gaps, and ensure the successful delivery of program goals.
- Relentless Execution
- Own program goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive initiatives to completion, overcoming obstacles with creativity and resilience.
- Fail Fast, Learn Fast
- Embrace experimentation, learn from failures, and adapt quickly to deliver innovative solutions.
- Champion the Customer
- Ensure every decision and program outcome enhances the DSP and end-customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience delivering against a fast-paced organization's goals.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

- Experience in creating process improvement procedures.
