Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation at the forefront of new product development, where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a strategic product from its early stages. As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple countries, driving alignment, momentum, and successful delivery. Supported by a highly experienced team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover) position, following a hybrid working model with three on-site days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) and the remaining days worked remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product development projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Drive collaboration across global, cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide clear and concise project reporting to senior leadership, acting as the key point of contact and escalation where required.
  • Ensure strong project governance, including adherence to processes, documentation standards, and quality frameworks.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline; Project Management certification is advantageous.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within a product development environment.
  • Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) and working with Agile or Lean methodologies, ideally within a regulated environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive decision-making across a matrix organisation.
  • Resilient, proactive, and adaptable, with a calm and structured approach to managing complexity and change.

Travel (If Applicable)

  • Up to 15% travel as required
