About the Role
The Senior Quality Operations Leader, Equipment Services will partner globally with both internal and external stakeholders to develop a world-class Quality Assurance program. This program will align with vital customer expectations and accelerate growth within the Equipment Services business.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Equipment Services Quality and is part of the Hardware Solutions Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs organisation. This role may operate from any Cytiva or Danaher location or be fully remote.

- Monitor Quality KPI’s and ensure compliance with global quality standards by collaborating with the Global Quality Team and Equipment Services.
- Lead and participate in Equipment Services Internal Audit programmes, including managing external and internal audits.
- Support and escalate Deviations and Complaints, including conducting root cause analyses and developing remediation action plans.
- Chair monthly CAPA/Change Control reviews, conduct weekly quality meetings, and implement Daily Visual Management for operational transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Equipment Services department to standardise global processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Apply Washington State system tools to identify opportunities for process enhancement and align with quality management objectives.
Who You Are
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Healthcare, Science, Engineering, Business, or related) or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a Quality or Regulatory Assurance role, particularly in Biopharma, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or related industries.
- Must be a Qualified Auditor in ISO 9001.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, develop custom reports, and standardise reporting across multiple regions or departments.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in applying Danaher Business System (DBS) tools.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex information with clarity, both oral and written.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 audits.
