We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Sr. Sales Development Representative who is energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same. You’ll drive and support the growth of our enterprise sales pipeline, and as you prove yourself, you’ll get real seat time on customer calls—with the opportunity to take the lead on pitches as you grow. You’re comfortable working with AI tools like Claude to move faster and smarter, eager to learn, and excited about advancing your career in SaaS sales. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the sales process by researching accounts and contact prospects using a variety of outreach engagement tools and techniques to set meetings and generate pipeline leads for our Enterprise Sales team
- Conduct discovery conversations with potential inbound and outbound prospects in assigned territory or categories
- Generate qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities for the assigned Sales team by following up, qualifying warm inbound leads, and consultative selling
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to increase conversion rates with high-quality pipeline
- Get hands-on by joining live customer calls alongside our Enterprise Sales team—with the opportunity to take the lead on pitches as you build credibility and expertise
- Use AI tools and agents to research accounts, sharpen outreach, automate workflows, and stay adaptable as priorities, territories, and processes evolve
- Work as a team to consistently achieve assigned individual and team quota of outbounds, qualifying calls, meetings set, and revenue potential
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other sales operations tools
We’ll be excited if you have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience owning outbound lead generation and prospecting and qualifying top of the funnel sales pipeline in both a high-velocity mid-market and enterprise sales organization
- Ability to research and utilize salesforce or other CRM to generate leads
- Genuinely tech-savvy, with comfort picking up new tools fast—including AI tools like Claude—to work smarter and stay ahead
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort pitching to enterprise C-level executives
- Sense of ownership; a self-starter with a positive and high sense of urgency who thrives on feedback for continuous development
- Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to shift gears quickly as priorities change in a fast-paced startup environment
