Seamlessly integrating into any hybrid and heterogeneous environment, CloudBees is more than a tool—it's a strategic partner in your cloud transformation journey, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency while enhancing the developer experience across your entire software development lifecycle. It allows developers to bring and execute their code anywhere, providing greater flexibility and freedom through fast, self-serve, and secure workflows.
CloudBees supports organizations at every step of their DevSecOps journey, whether using Jenkins on-premise or transitioning software delivery to the cloud. We’re helping customers build the future, today.
About The Role
CloudBees is a partner-first company. Our growth across EMEA depends on strong partnerships with global system integrators and consulting firms that help enterprises transform how they deliver software.
We are looking for a Sr. SE (Partner) to become a key technical driver within our partner ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with strategic partners, including CTOs, architects, and pre-sales teams, enabling them to confidently position, sell, and deliver the CloudBees platform to their customers.
You will also join a highly collaborative global Sales Engineering team, composed of experienced DevOps practitioners and technical leaders working together to solve complex enterprise challenges and drive innovation across our customer and partner landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
