Senior Solutions Consultant – International (META & APAC)

Location - Remote UK (must reside in the UK Region)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years supporting customers in Pre Sales, Technical Account Management, Consulting or similar role.
  • Hands-on advanced technical experience in the areas of computer security and Windows & Linux enterprise infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of Virtual and Cloud environments (VMWARE, AWS, Azure).

Role Overview:

The Senior Solutions Consultant - International is responsible for managing strategic technical relationships and ensuring success for our phishing defense clients and will be externally facing and offer opportunities to:

  • Interact regularly with clients
  • Deliver tailored solutions
  • Address challenges as they arise
  • Facilitate product adoption
  • Position Cofense as a trusted partner

This role will liaise internally across multiple international teams including Sales, Support, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management; always with an eye for client satisfaction and development.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical point of contact and go-to advisor for strategic Cofense clients in the META, APAC, and European regions.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to understand their business and security objectives to support Cofense teams with the customer onboarding and implementation of Cofense solutions.
  • Coordinate activities across Cofense Sales, Support, Implementation, and Product Management teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Use developed relationships to identify opportunities to grow Cofense revenue through increased product adoption.
  • Have a strong technical understanding of Cofense solutions.
  • Support sales and customer success teams through the delivery of technical pre-sales support, solution demos, Proof of Concepts, and health checks.
  • Contribute to the completion of technical sales documentation, such as Security Questionnaires, RFI’s, and RFP’s.
  • Contribute to the development of best practice for the implementation and value realization of Cofense solutions.
  • Ensure international implementations follow Cofense best practices and customer value is being realized.
  • Document all customer interactions in the Cofense CRM system.
  • Ability to travel throughout the META, APAC, and European regions as needed.
  • Provide architectural and network support related to implementing Cofense products, for the Solutions Consulting Team.
  • Technically mentor Solutions Consulting team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on advanced technical experience in the areas of computer security and Windows & Linux enterprise infrastructures.
  • 3+ years supporting customers in Technical Account Management, Pre Sales, Consulting, or similar role.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tracking tool.
  • Technical experience in systems or network security engineering in a consulting atmosphere preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple initiatives and priorities to completion.
  • Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • History of creating rapport with customers, from technicians to C-Level executives.
  • TCP/IP networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Server/Microsoft 365, Exchange Web Services, and Graph.
  • Knowledge of Splunk SOAR, ServiceNow SIR, and Palo Alto XSOAR/XSIAM.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Email clients and Mail Infrastructure and Email security solution.
  • Familiarity with SMTP, IMAP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, and other Internet protocols.
  • Intermediate understanding of Proxies, LDAP/Active Directory, and other enterprise related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Virtual and Cloud environments (VMWARE, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong network skills (Firewalls, Load Balancers, switches, and network interfaces).
  • Strong Linux and Windows troubleshooting - understanding basic partitioning, system services, standard logs files, and system commands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) useful.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in areas of: Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • IT Security & Networking certifications.
