We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner, IAM Emerging Tech to join our ever-evolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) Emerging Technology team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll drive the vision and delivery of next-generation identity capabilities that protect our global enterprise while enabling seamless experiences for customers, developers, and employees. By translating emerging threats, evolving regulations, and innovative technologies into measurable business outcomes, you’ll help strengthen security, reduce risk, and accelerate growth across Global Payments. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy, lead transformational initiatives at scale, and play a key role in advancing our mission of delivering trusted, secure, and innovative payment experiences around the world.
What You'll Own
- Define and execute the long-term IAM product strategy, delivering a multi-year roadmap that reduces security risk, improves operational efficiency, and enables scalable digital growth across the enterprise.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered identity capabilities, creating measurable improvements in governance, automation, and decision-making while accelerating the maturity of the identity program.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of strategic identity initiatives, aligning Security, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Business teams to achieve business outcomes, strengthen resilience, and maximize return on investment.
- Establish data-driven visibility into identity risk, delivering actionable insights and transparent performance measures that enable informed decisions and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Champion innovative and friction-right identity experiences, balancing security, compliance, and usability to improve stakeholder adoption, strengthen trust, and support business objectives globally.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading complex Identity and Access Management and security product initiatives, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Deep expertise across Identity and Access Management domains, including authentication, authorization, identity governance and administration, privileged access management, directory services, machine identity, and modern identity protocols.
- Hands-on experience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within security or identity environments, including governance, risk management, automation, and operational performance measurement.
- Strong product leadership capabilities, with experience building business cases, defining objectives and key results, prioritizing roadmaps, and driving alignment from strategy through execution.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive action and results.

It's a bonus if you have
- Experience within payments, financial technology, or highly regulated industries, including knowledge of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and global privacy frameworks.
- Success implementing passwordless authentication, policy-as-code authorization models, or advanced identity threat detection and response capabilities at scale.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), cloud security certifications, or Identity and Access Management platform certifications.
