What You Will Do in This Role

As a Global Total Rewards Senior Consultant, you will play a dual-core role:

  • Workday Total Rewards System Expertise (not configuration, but deep logic understanding)
    • Lead global total rewards automation and enhancement initiatives in Workday, with a strong working knowledge of the Compensation Advanced Module, including compensation plans, eligibility rules, condition rules, approval flows, etc.
    • Act as the bridge between Total Rewards and HRIS – able to translate business requirements into system logic, identify what is feasible within Workday, and recommend scalable, clean solutions without needing to personally configure the system.
    • Drive improvements in how compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity, salary ranges development, market adjustments, promotions) are executed globally through Workday, ensuring data integrity, user experience, and operational efficiency.

  • Overall Total Rewards Strategy & Program Design
    • Understand market conditions and best practices, applying them to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs remain competitive and compliant.
    • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement creative, proactive solutions across base pay, variable pay, recognition, and benefits (as part of total rewards).
    • Develop communication materials and lead training related to compensation programs as needed.
    • Serve as the Compensation Lead for certain global functions and large-scale projects across the organization.
    • Proactively monitor legislation, market trends, and technology advancements to recommend and execute improvements.

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in Total Rewards or HR / HRIS (with strong focus on compensation and program design).
  • Deep working knowledge of Workday Compensation Advanced Module – you understand how the system thinks how plans are structured, how eligibility and condition rules work, and what it takes to deliver a global compensation cycle flawlessly. You do not need to be a configurator, but you can partner effectively with HRIS.
  • Strong overall Total Rewards foundation, including compensation philosophy, market survey management, job evaluation, and program analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – able to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach People Solution teams on compensation-related topics.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong customer service disposition and professionalism

Preferred But Not Required

  • Master’s Degree
  • Global compensation experience across multiple countries or regions
  • Experience with large-scale HRIS transformation or Workday enhancement projects
