SRC Administrator

Salary: Up to £24,480 based on skills and experience

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term – 35 hours a week

Location: Hybrid working (office based in Birmingham) – typically 2 days in the office per week

Make a Difference

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the Support Relationship Coordinators, Financial Consultants, Field Support team and Inbound Callers taking ownership of the tasks and following through to completion.

Your Impact

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all key administration tasks, working alongside other members of the SRC department
  • Handle all queries from FCs, via email and a dedicated telephone line, together with queries referred on by members of SRC
  • Liaise with third party product providers to obtain up to date information in relation to policies owned by clients of the Group
  • Provide support to the appointment booking process as required
  • Regularly communicate with SRC and Financial Consultants managing expectations appropriately
  • Adhere to SLAs ensuring case is fully prepared in advance of appointments
  • Liaise with servicing departments, both internal and external, in order to obtain relevant supporting information
  • Be fully competent in the use of CRM to update policy information with correct values and policy information
  • Be able to identify common issues, contributing to the development of longer term solutions, training, documenting processes and system training
  • Regularly review performance compared to SLA’s and discuss and agree actions with Administration Team Leader to address any shortfalls or training requirements
  • Redefine processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Recognize when it is appropriate to hand off an enquiry to another department, providing all necessary information to that department to enable them to complete the request, and manage the hand over and expectations
  • Undertake such other tasks and projects as may be required from time to time
  • Ensure that all processes comply with Society guidelines in respect of Data Protection, Information Security, Money Laundering and GDPR
  • Handle incoming client calls to support the appointment booking process
  • Handle the WFS Periodic Charges Statement calls on an annual basis
