- Shift Pattern: 07:00–19:00 & 19:00–07:00
- Location: Kings Cross, London (Pancras Square, N1C 4AG)
- Salary: £23.37 per hour

About the Role
As an SSC Supervisor, you’ll lead a team in a Security Service Centre (SSC), ensuring smooth operations, efficient incident management, and strict adherence to security protocols. This role requires leadership skills, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail to support 24/7 security operations, CCTV monitoring, and discreet incident response.
Key Responsibilities
🚨 SSC Operations & Incident Management
- Oversee and coordinate daily SSC operations, ensuring compliance and alignment with team objectives.
- Monitor real-time CCTV feeds to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activity.
- Act as the primary incident responder, evaluating threats, documenting reports, and escalating issues to management per company and client policies.
- Provide timely, accurate updates to management and the wider security team on incidents, risks, and overall service status.
🤝 Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff in line with Wilson James standards for customer service and operational safety.
- Identify team strengths/weaknesses and communicate performance metrics to management for improvement.
- Deliver regulatory compliance training (e.g., SIA front-line license procedures, health & safety) to ensure all staff are up-to-date.

Requirements & Qualifications
✔ Essential:
- Hands-on experience in a control room/monitoring environment (e.g., CCTV security, alarm centers).
- Supervisory track record in a high-risk or regulated industry.
- Proven ability to leverage team performance, coach, and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in security incident management and crisis response.
- SIA Front-Line Security Licence (mandatory).
- CCTV Licensing (Ancillary Personnel) qualification.
- Flexibility for night/day shifts (07:00–19:00 & 19:00–07:00).
