Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Stadium Tours Manager to lead our team at London Stadium in Stratford, East London. In this electric environment, you thrive shaping the future of hospitality. As Tours Manager, you will be continuously developing and driving tours offerings at London Stadium, taking initiative on big scale projects, while also inducting, training, and developing the tours team members. What will you do?

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, providing clear targets and objectives to maximise revenue and profit, using innovative ideas and networking to grow opportunities Manage, brief, and organise tasks for tours team members to maximise time efficiency, using additional resources as appropriate Support team member development plans to develop skills and growth within the department, while implementing training programmes for tours, and meetings and events teams Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external departments and business, promoting understanding and commitment Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More About You

3+ years’ experience, including sales management or business development No degree required Experience building and executing successful sales campaigns leading to business growth, and communicating with multiple stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication, sales, leadership, people management, planning and organising skills IT literate, with experience in effective database management

As one of the UK’s most iconic sports and entertainment venues, London Stadium has hosted incredible events, with Delaware North team members making countless connections, leaving lasting impressions on guests. From its start as hosting the 2012 Summer Olympics, London Stadium has grown to hold a vibrant portfolio of world-class sporting events, from holding Europe’s first MLB Series, games from the IRB 2015 Rugby World Cup, to a range of Athletics events with the annual IAAF Diamond League, and hosting both the London 2017 World Athletics Championships and 2017 World Para Athletics Championships, the first location to ever hold both events in the same year.
