What You Will Do
- Define and scale the core AI platform architecture, ensuring it supports rapid development of complex agentic workflows.
- Drive organizational quality and trust standards by owning the comprehensive evaluation framework and data governance.
- Provide technical leverage and leadership, unblocking ambiguous problems and mentoring other engineers.

The ideal candidate
- 8+ years in ML/software engineering, with 3+ years architecting and operating scaled production AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS backend architecture, especially with complex multi-user workflow orchestration.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-volume Python backends, and designing for auditability in regulated environments.
