What You Will Do

  • Define and scale the core AI platform architecture, ensuring it supports rapid development of complex agentic workflows.
  • Drive organizational quality and trust standards by owning the comprehensive evaluation framework and data governance.
  • Provide technical leverage and leadership, unblocking ambiguous problems and mentoring other engineers.

The ideal candidate

  • 8+ years in ML/software engineering, with 3+ years architecting and operating scaled production AI/ML systems.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS backend architecture, especially with complex multi-user workflow orchestration.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-volume Python backends, and designing for auditability in regulated environments.
