-only existing Registered Nursing Staff currently in a substantive post with NHS Ayrshire & Arran may apply. Your application will not be considered if:
- You are not currently employed by NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
- You are not in the exact same role as the one you’re applying for.
key requirements
- Current & Valid NMC Registration – Mandatory for all posts.
- National Insurance Number – Required as part of the application process to verify your employment status.
- One Reference Only –submit your current line manager’s details from your substantive post within NHS Ayrshire & Arran.

Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must either:
- Currently have right to work in the UK OR
- Be eligible for NHS Scotland Board sponsorship before applying.
