The work

  • Design and deploy ML models for user personalization, optimizing engagement and conversion within a high-scale user acquisition context.
  • Architect and refine incentive reward systems to drive user motivation, retention, and improve in-app ROI.
  • Define and implement technical best practices for data product ownership, experimentation, and measurement across the team.
  • Drive the definition and implementation of key performance indicators, ensuring data science initiatives directly align with business outcomes.
  • Mentor and elevate junior data scientists and analytics engineers, fostering a culture of high standards and scalable practices.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years deploying ML models in a product-driven environment, ideally within high-scale user acquisition, AdTech, or incentive systems.
  • Expertise in advanced statistical modeling, including complex experimentation design, uplift modeling, and causal inference.
  • Strong command of Python and SQL, with practical experience in cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and modern data engineering workflows (e.g., DBT, Airflow).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and influence product strategy.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to work from the London office.
