We're working with a globally recognised tech-for-good platform that helps organisations operate more responsibly and sustainably at scale. With a vast customer base and a rich dataset built over many years, they're now investing heavily in AI to unlock new insights, improve decision-making, and shape the next generation of their product offering.
They’re looking for a very Senior IC who combines strong product instincts with the experience of building in fast-moving, scaling environments.

This role is for someone who’s been a pivotal engineer during a scale-up phase. Someone who raises the bar internally, not just meets it. They need this person to embed themselves as the technical role model and have real ownership of product direction whilst taking full advantage of the AI tooling they have on offer.
What you’ll be doing
- Building high-quality, user-facing features using React and TypeScript
- Contributing to backend services in Kotlin/Java
- Working closely with Product and Design to shape and deliver impactful features
- Owning problems end-to-end, from discovery through to production
- Setting and evolving engineering standards, practices, and ways of working
- Leveraging modern AI tooling to improve velocity, quality, and developer experience

- Strong React and TypeScript expertise, with solid backend experience
- A genuine product mindset — you think in terms of user outcomes, not just delivery

- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day development workflow
- Pragmatic, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
