Job Description
Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
Develop and manage the annual Training Master Plan Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skill Assessments Coordinate internal and external training programs Organize training program including venue, materials, instructors, and vendors Maintain training records and update training systems accurately Conduct employee orientation programs for new hires Organize employee activities such as: Attendance recognition programs,Long service awards Promote employee engagement and motivation Support initiatives to strengthen organizational culture Manage time attendance records and prepare data for payroll processing

Participate and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as: Safety week, 5S, HSE training, Wear proper PPE Follow & no violation on the safety rule, WI, Procedure. To report near miss/unsafe action / safety suggestion to line management.
Qualifications (Education, Skills, And Experiences)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good command of English (spoken and written) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is preferred Experience in a multinational company is an advantage Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Experience in a multinational company will be an advantage.
