You'll join a lean, high-impact team as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, owning the end-to-end design, development, and scaling of production-grade ML solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on direct business impact and user growth, not an academic research position or a pure management track. You'll build, deploy, and optimize.

The work
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of production-grade ML solutions, from design to deployment and optimization, impacting 60M+ users.
- Architect and implement real-time, personalized user reward schemes, dynamically adapting to user behavior and market shifts.
- Develop robust systems to identify and diagnose underperforming reward campaigns, applying advanced statistical and causal inference methods.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across ML projects, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Translate complex business challenges into predictive, data-driven solutions, partnering closely with product and engineering.
What You Bring
- 5+ years building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade ML solutions at scale, ideally in adtech or high-volume consumer platforms.
- Deep expertise in statistics, including A/B testing, regression, and probability, applied to real-world problems.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience deploying to cloud environments.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to ML engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
