🏥 Permanent Part-Time Renal Nurse Role
Location: Middlesbrough, GB
Contract: Permanent | On-site
Hours: 23 hours per week (part-time)

Calling NMC-registered nurses to join Diaverum at our North Ormesby Dialysis Unit! Make a meaningful difference in renal nursing with a hospital-based Netherlands-based healthcare organisation.
At Diaverum, we believe in nurturing careers while delivering patient-centred, high-quality dialysis care. New nurses undergo an 8-week supernumerary training programme under expert guidance, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. Join a supportive team where nurses work closely alongside dedicated clinic admins and clinical leads—no remote management here!
With a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and clinic hours from Monday to Saturday, enjoy flexible scheduling with excellent work-life balance.
💉 Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee personalised care plans for renal patients.
- Ensure comprehensive clinical documentation of treatment activities.
- Prepare, monitor, and troubleshoot dialysis machines and systems.
- Review pre- and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic treatment.

✅ Requirements
- NMC-registered General Nurse.
- Demonstrated familiarity with NMC codes of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- A dynamic, patient-first approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Clinical renal experience is preferred but not mandatory—our comprehensive training programme supports all applicants.

Compensatiion & Benefits:
- Part-time salary up to £35,944 pro rata (based on dialysis experience).
- Overtime pay at time and a half after full-time hours.
