As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults requiring rehabilitation following illness or injury.

Role Responsibilities
As a Band 5 Staff Nurse at Clayponds Rehabilitation Hospital, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care for patients on their rehabilitation journey.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, recovery, and safe discharge planning.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care.
- Administer medication safely.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Support junior staff and students in their development.
