Vacancy for Registered Nurse in Ward 2 at St Andrews Community Hospital
The ward is a 16-bedded unit, 4 of which are specialist palliative care beds.
Role Requirements
You are expected to have a passion for care and medicine of the older adult with a focus on rehabilitation, recovery, and adaptation. Experience in delivering a high level of person-centred care and knowledge of complex discharge planning are required. This role involves contributing to the improvement of a health and safety culture to prevent and reduce risks in the delivery of care to our patients.
Essential skills include:
- Interpersonal skills
- I.T and communication skills at different levels
- Ability to manage complex situations
