Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, you will:
- Lead the team and conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents’ needs and wishes.
- Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
- Oversee medicine management, ensuring safe medication administration in line with NMC Standards.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Offer a safe, caring, and stable environment for the people we support.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
- Support the Service Manager by:
- Promoting and upholding high standards of nursing care.
- Ensuring smooth staff supervision and shift management.
- Mentor, guide, and teach team members.
- Collaborate with the Manager to maintain the smooth operation of the home.

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a current NMC registration.
- Have a relevant Nursing qualification.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, caring attitude.
- Possess adequate knowledge, experience, and an understanding of:
- Professional nursing boundaries.
