Staff Nurse - Alaw ward

Registered Nurse – Oncology, Haematology (Alaw Unit)

Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is tailored for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering excellent patient care within the Oncology and Haematology inpatient ward at the Alaw Unit.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working in Oncology, Haematology, and palliative care.
  • Gain specialist knowledge in managing patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
  • Provide high-standard nursing care with a commitment to exceptional practice.

Duties & Responsibilities

The primary role involves rotating across multiple areas within the Alaw Unit, including:

  • Inpatient ward (focus on long-term patient care)
  • Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment Unit (post-chemotherapy recovery)
  • Alaw Assessment Unit (short stays for initial oncology assessments)
